Purchase Policies:

Delta Pulse sessions are sold either as single 15 minute treatment sessions or more.

Any minutes/sessions paid for in advance must be used within 2 months from the date of first use.

Policy on Unused Sessions: If you have unused sessions, past the expiration date, our carry-over policy provides that with the purchase of new Pre-paid Treatment minutes/sessions, the unused sessions will be carried forward. The newly purchased sessions must first be used and then the unused sessions, prior to the new expiration date, otherwise the unused sessions will be lost.

Refunds and Transfers:  There are no refunds on prepaid packages for unused sessions, or  transfers to other third parties.

Auto Billing: Automatic billing by credit/debit card is is available for ease of payments.

Scheduling your appointments:

• When can I schedule my Delta Pulse Treatments? Please call  626.676.2216 to book your time. If you reach a voicemail system, please clearly state your name, a call back time and the appointment date/time your most prefer. If you have any flexibility with your date/time request, please leave that information too. Once your voicemail has been reviewed, a call back will be made to you, confirming a date and time.
• How long should I schedule for my Delta Pulse Treatments? At least  30 minutes. While each treatment is just  15 minutes (per body part) arrive at Accent on Healing’s designated treatment location at lease ten minutes prior to your treatment time.  We provide a  20 minute time frame for each treatment.
• What if I am late to my appointment? We’ve set aside  20 minutes for each 15 minute  worth of treatment time you make an appointment for. If you are more than 5 minutes late, and an appointment is following yours, then you have the choice of waiting until a treatment chair is available (there is no guarantee). If no appointment follows yours, we will make every effort to accommodate you.
• What if I have to cancel my appointment? We require  24 hours notice, Therefore, it is important that you call immediately cancel your appointment prior to midnight. If you appointment is not properly cancelled it will be charged for.
• What if I want to provide one of my treatments to a friend or loved one?  A separate appointment must be made for them. If voicemail is reached, please  tell us that the additional treatment is for someone other than yourself. You may use a maximum of two of your pre-paid sessions for guests.
